We provide Help Desk support, design, install and maintain PC’s and servers, networking, firewall support, VPN, remote access, email, Internet, cloud, laptop, iPhone/Blackberry support. While we don’t provide programming, website development, phone system installation, Linux or database/application development – we work with other consultants/companies that provide these ancillary services. We function as the IT department for our clients. We provide most of our support via our remote access tools. We go onsite as needed and on a regularly scheduled basis.
